Charges are accrued beginning at pick-up and ending at the final drop-off. The balance (minus deposit) will be due at first pickup location, unless payment in full is made prior to the date of your engagement. A fifteen minute (15 minute) grace period is allowed. Any time used past contract will be billed another full hour.
There is no minimum service time requirements. ADC Limousine Service provides corporate services, which is based on flat trip rates. Exceptions are made for lunch and/or dinner promotions, event waiting time, and on a case by case basis. We can provide services for as little as a transfer to, from airport or another place of interest and the services can be reserved for a multi-day event. Please contact us for more information. There is a minimum of 3 hours for Charters services and 6 hours for Proms.
You may extend your reservation provided payment is made in full at time of service and the limousine has no further obligations for the evening. Your chauffeur will be able to provide you with this information at the service time.
If you need to cancel a reservation, a passenger must cancel the departure and/or the arrival. We require 2 hours advance notice of cancellation and will issue a cancellation reference number. Late cancellations (less than 2 hours prior service) are subject to a full charge for the trip. There are No exemptions.
All limousines offer hands intercom systems for communicating with your driver during the trip. Also, all chauffeurs carry cell phones, so that you may contact them.
We recommend bringing your favorite CD’s and DVD’s to use in the in-car entertainment systems. Also, our guests age 21 and over may bring alcoholic beverages. We provide complimentary ice and non-alcoholic beverages. Bring cameras to capture the special memories from your trip.
Customer accepts financial responsibility for any and all damages resulting from improper use of the limousine and its contents, including but not limited to audio/video equipment, lighting, exterior and interior components including upholstery. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for excessive clean up of the mess resulting in the need for special upholstery cleaning or shampooing. This information will be outlined in a contract for service that you must sign before charter begins.
Approximately 8 hours. Expect a full-day as we pick-up inside and outside the Atlanta area beginning at 9.30 a.m. with an estimated return time of 6:30 p.m.
Yes. A delicious lunch is served, normally at the 2nd winery stop.
Yes. Wine tasting fees at each winery included in the cost of the tour, so there are no additional fees.

No. Customers typically offer their heartfelt gratuity to their host at the end of the tour, to show appreciation and simply say “thank you”. Gratuity for the wine pourers at the wineries is not included, but also recommended and appreciated.
Yes. We encourage you to support the local wineries by either purchasing the wines at the wineries or from our stock on board our bus.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled because your space has been guaranteed. However, tickets are transferable to another party. Please let us know ASAP if you are unable to attend the event and if someone will be attending in your place.
Please always call to notify the office of any issues with the vehicle you are traveling in or any issues with your reservations. For instance, if the vehicle that shows up to pick you does not match the one you reserved. Please let us know what you decide to do before you using the service because a refund will not be issued after the service has been offered. Thank you.
